I have autism, and I just found out last year. One of my friends who’s also on the spectrum showed me this chart template and said it really helped her identify things that affect her day-to-day life. The more a section is filled in, the more it affects you or it’s more of a struggle. I wanted to share this for other neurodivergent folks, even though I think it’s mainly used for autism specifically. If you can’t read my handwriting, I can re-type the different sections to clarify.
