Me personally if I had a cat I would name it Matilda! I also enjoy when people name their pets after icons… see ‘Joni’ or ‘Virginia’

I’m not talking about the dish itself,
as wonderful as it is
but instead the absolutely optimal level of effort required to prepare it that makes you look like a proper home cook + impress your loved ones without making a mess of it -
plus - the consistent stirring puts me in a nice meditative trance, very pleasant for someone not generally taken to the idea of cooking being a relaxing activity
