coup and secret hitler are my absolute favorites, it’s like basically all of the fun and intrigue of mafia in ~10 min so you can run multiple games in one night
i also really like kemet which has a lot of the resource management of ttrpgs and can be played with only two players (and up to five) so it doesn’t have to be a dedicated board game night game vs if you have a friend over and wanna kill some time
