It’s the easiest comfort dish that takes less than 10-minutes to make - barring you have white rice on deck, though I do enjoy it on it’s own or with some salad mix.
You just need egg, oil, seasoning sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper. If you have extra veggies or ground meat, throw those in too. Voila! A delicious fried, savory omelette that can be enjoyed morning, noon, or night 🙏🏽
