personally love stinking up the ttc (subway for the uninitiated) car with my bacon and egg and cheese on a beautifully moist english muffin first thing in the morning with the other commuters. it really gets heads turning, if that’s sort of thing you’re into.
With barely potable black coffee from an ancient Bunn industrial coffee maker. Give me a OJ on the side too. Tastes even better if you’re stopping in on a road trip in the middle of nowhere and sitting in a ripped vinyl booth.
my breakfast out on the town is something sweet, french or jellied toast. something savory, definitely bacon. scrambled eggs with hot sauce and hashbrowns extra crispy. orange juice necessary.
my go to home breakfast is scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
my quick breakfast is a stroopwafel and applesauce or yogurt.
the smell of half rubbed in sunscreen, being left to your own devices, fighting with sticks in the woods, mosquito bitten legs, blisters, sunburns, scrapes, polysporin, watershoes
i went into jo malone to inquire about this perfume i have been a bit obsessed with (ginger cookie). a girl my age working informed me that it was a limited edition run and they no longer carried it. i was devastated but nevertheless, ended up in conversation with her about how much i liked her shoes and her, my outfit.
“hold on a second,” she went into the back and made me a sample of a leftover stock bottle. i use my little bottle sparingly and think of the kindness often 🫚
and by that i mean the folks who sit through a whole lecture not taking a note. not a single one. not even because theyre distracted by their phones but literally just because theyre tapped in. im not quite there yet but maybe there is something to it
