One should be “healthy”, to make you feel like “ok wow I can really do this today”. You may even add a banana and/or your favorite berry. The other should be your nostalgia pick. The one that makes you want to keep refilling your bowl and makes your brain explode with pure joy the moment the spoon touches your lips 😌 and just like that, life feels simple again

Instead of cereal, I put fruit in a bowl and pour my milk of choice over it and call it fruit cereal. you could also call it “not blended smoothie bowl” but I prefer fruit cereal. 🥰
