If therapy was free, wether on a beach, in a park, or in a dingy basement... I couldn’t recommend it more. Adding music + aggressive dancing and visuals of some sort can take it to whole new heights.

Someone with more time on their hands and more well read than me can probably write a whole substack post talking about apps that track your usage of other apps or what media you consume and how they reveal a more authentic version of ourselves except not really cuz we become self aware of our usage of these "meta-apps" to the point where we moderate our usage of the original apps to present a particular version of ourselves that too is inauthentic. I don't have the time nor the background in that field to write about that so all I'll say is stats.fm is fun and I like seeing my monthly recap and checking what my friends are listening to! Everyone should download it!
