This is my ideal snacking apple. It's tart, not too sweet, has a nice snap, and it's consistent in quality. I don't buy anything else anymore.
Bonus: stumbled upon applerankings.com while looking for a photo. i disagree with their review for cosmics since they docked it points because it's "not sweet enough" but it's a cool resource regardless.
