the substance/between the temples

i mean it’s probably “the substance”, just for being so abrasive and going all out in every way. but “between the temples” really surprised me, such a real, beautiful and tender movie about finding your own happiness. i could see it becoming a comfort movie for me

learning something new

i’ve been teaching myself to ride a bike and in the process i realized that i don’t do this often. learning new things gets harder as you age because everything becomes more rigid; but fuck it try something keep with it and learn a new skill.
