sitting with yourself for a day is underrated. not on depressed vibes but just like a check in with self. listen to your favorite music. just sit there and think. look at the sky or whatever.
Sometimes I just need a break from the hustle and bustle of life and to sit on the grass or bench in a quiet park. Listening to the leaves rustling in the breeze and the birds tweeting brings about a sense of calming throughout my body that feels so recharging for my soul.
helps me get back to trusting in myself, the universe, and the fact that love is everywhere. also an exercise in patience (otherwise i will burn my tongue on this apple spice chai) and a mid-work break to come back to myself
Highly recommend taking your students (or a date or literally just yourself) to an art museum featuring artists representative of said students with a heavy printmaking vibe all around. 🫶🏼
