Three dorky guys in Austin pretend to be British and put their whole pussies into a few singles and one full length synth-pop-punk album (compilation?). It pains me to say it but I was into Ska Punk, I blame it on the Tony Hawkās Pro Skater soundtracks. When I found this CD in a discount bin of my favourite record store I thought I had unearthed some forgotten artifact. It stayed in my disc-man until it would no longer play. Iāve long moved on from this type of party boy, unnecessarily upbeat, and often time misogynist music, but sometimes the opening bars of Beer will play out in my brain and for just a moment I allow myself to slip back...

I make this all the time, except i never have scallions around or feel like chopping onions so I leave that out. I do always have Korean pantry staples & half an English cucumber lying around though and itās a fun, easy, and versatile side dish/bowl component. love Korean food love maangchi
