(2024 : The Year of the Carnivore) After a 7 year stint of bouncing from vegan to pescatarian, influenced greatly from the 2016 vegan YouTuber era. I am here to say, unapologetically, hot girls eat meat. Today, I had the suburbian-bliss experience of eating corn beef hash at a Walker Bros Pancake House.

Corned beef

ii have wanted to try corned beef since elementary school when I read it in a my favorite novel Heist society which is like teenage girl oceans 11 (10/10 would recommend). my intuition told me I would like it but there isn’t really corned beef in Texas and I just recently started eating red meat. I saw a corned beef hash breakfast sandwich on the menu at my diner and the moment had finally come, it was fire. intuition never lies! I became a regular at the diner and ate it for like a week straight. It healed my inner child and my life has been better since.
