i have a bad habit of holding it instead of going, especially if I'm feeling lazy, I'm out in public or whatever.
My nurse friend told me if u are one of these people, ur just gonna hold it and hold it and keeping holding it - meanwhile the day that you will no longer have the ability to do so draws closer n closer ......
