If you haven’t meditated before, I suggest downloading the Headspace app. I assume they still have a free intro set that teaches the basics. You can use those techniques like controlling your breath or doing a body scan to try to calm your mind.
Also a psychiatrist told me somestudy showed that putting your phone on airplane mode at night helps. Don’t just put away to charge, put it in airplane mode so you know there’s nothing updating and no notifications you’re missing.
