Waking up in the 6’s

It may have started from jet lag, and it may have you falling asleep in the 9-10p hour (every night) but the extra morning time you get from waking up at 6 something is really nice. When you beat the sun to waking up? That’s crazy

Not setting an alarm but waking up early anyway

i love being up early even when i don’t have morning plans. i can take my time enjoying breakfast, playing my little games, journaling, and stretching all without a rush. easing into the day and reveling in the quiet, gentle morning hours is a blessing! time feels more spacious!
