Optimal productivity and hydration occurs when you have three categories of beverages immediately available to you. They are:
1) Hot caffeinated beverage: Coffee in the AM, perhaps a nice herbal tea in the PM
2) Water: I like lemon water in the morning, and then sparkling/a seltzer like LaCroix in the PM
3) Wild card: Diet Coke for me or if Iโm feeling like a bad boy a Cherry Coke
