this summer i got really in to making green juice at home. you don’t need a juicer, just fruit, veggies, a blender, a splash of water (or coconut water), and a nut milk bag for straining. sometimes, I’ll even leave the juice unstrained and drink it chunky, if I’m craving the fiber.
lately, I’ve been making the Martha‘s Green Juice™️ from the cookbook “Health Nut” which is tart, deep green, and incredibly satisfying. if i want to cosplay as someone who lives on the West Coast, i’ll decant my juice into an Erewhon or Moonjuice bottle, really dress it up to make it an experience.
