because once I started being intentional with my wake-up routine, I realized mornings arent that bad???
I wake up, brush my teeth, wash my face, stretch for 10 minutes, meditate outside for 5 minutes.
The birds sounded so pretty when I was outside today and it is super nice to get some fresh air first thing in the morning.

I do NOT recall a time being outside in the morning sounded pleasant… did the world get a new update??? Am I behind a version???
