I have recorded some songs on Garage Band in December 2023 and I expect to release them soon on streamings (right now, they're on Bandcamp). This song talks about ups and downs, and the mechanism of making jokes about your pain to get some relieve of things you're feeling at the time.

If you like going to the movies and have a selection of AMCs near you it’s an unbelievably good deal. Even at my most destitute I have refused to cancel this membership because it’s basically a free activity anytime and a fun little date with myself. 3 movies a week for $25/month??? I will never shut up about this.

Caught Vertigo there recently; one of the most enchanting films ever made, incredible experience.

Film Forum is the OG but Metrograph is younger and hungrier, with a more diverse slate of films and an emphasis on rediscovered or neglected classics. Great atmosphere too, with a restaurant and bookstore. you can’t go wrong!

This is not a post saying you shouldn’t buy band merch. Not at all! This is a big support for bands. This is more a rec for giving a new life to old or new shirts. With some fabric paint (you can get pens also) you can get really creative. This one I’ve done for the album Bright Flight from Silver Jews (Tennessee lyrics on the back). One artist I inspire myself a lot is Katie from @sandw1tchshop (instagram)

This is the blog from my boyfriend and I fell in love with him reading his articles - he’s a journalist and had on a newspaper a blog. It’s in Portuguese, but you can translate using Google Translate’s add-on - you won’t regret. He talks about music and culture mixed with the perceptions of life on post-pandemic-late-capitalism-confusing times. Enjoy! bazzan
