Decaf is my new best friend. I haven’t had a caffeinated cup of coffee in over a week and I’m falling asleep faster and I‘ve got more consistent energy levels now. Trust me you can do it!!
Pro-tip: It’s all about decaf. I’m not going to deny myself the coffeeshop experience or the taste of a cappuccino just because I don’t want caffeine in my system.
it might suck while you're drinking it but it feels pretty great after. i wake up every morning knowing I'll get a cheap caffeine rush and feel proud that i overcame an obstacle. woohoo!
