I struggle with anxiety pretty bad and too often get caught up in the what ifs and uncertainties of life but I have been going on walks with my dog and it has been so nice. I love spending time with her and walking by the water <3
Either alone or with friends/coworkers! It gives you something stress-free to look forward to, it lets you experience all of nature’s beautiful changes right in front of your eyes, and it helps keep you excited for the next day!!
