not to go full Tech Bro©️ but these are immensely helpful if you have back problems like me (herniated disk/sciatica) and need constant movement or need to stand upright throughout the day. it’s been super helpful for managing pain and keeping me a bit more “locked in” so to speak mine is from west elm and it’s a nice mid century wooden one

CHAIRS !!

no stools i hate stools !! chairs are so comfy and cozy and i can sit criss cross applesauce on my chair but stools :( stools i have to sit properly and i have to either slouch or keep my back straight. lets keep chairs going in 2024

floor chairs

did not know these things existed until seeing one this year. it’s a genius idea. you get to sit on the floor and there’s a cushion for your butt, but you also have something for your back to lean on. perfect for people who want to sit on the ground but don’t want to slouch. and you can make it completely flat if you want to lie down
