pretending to hate dunkin
i really want to, but i just can't. maybe it's because i'm from new england. there is so much joy in getting an iced latte (not coffee) in largest size possible with that adorable orange and pink straw. the person behind you in the drive thru honking at you is the cherry on top of the experience.

gen x ensemble casts
Natasha Lyonne, Clea Duvall, Parker Posey, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Selma Blair, Jennifer Love Hewitt, et al. Any movie with a Gen X ensemble cast is soooooo comforting to me. I can sit and enjoy the movie because everyone is at least vaguely recognizable and/or I can sit on my phone and satisfyingly look up every single actor's IMDb/Wikipedia.
