i get six hours of sleep a night and my biggest vices are caffeine and refined sugar. could never give up caffeine so sugar it is (trying for a month)

day 3 and iโ€™m irritable. i had a dream about eating a cookie last night. but iโ€™m way to prideful to go back on it. does anyone have any tips/is it even worth it. wanted to try it for a month lol

Can make you crave sweets and other high calorie foods because your body may seek a quick energy fix. I looked it up bc I generally prefer to snack on savory/salty foods but lately I have been craving sweets.
