from the first time i went to a concert when i was 14, i knew i wanted to be around live music as much as possible. there is no feeling like experiencing music alongside hundreds (or maybe even thousands if it’s a bigger artist) of people. everyone is there for the same reason. concerts are a place, a lot of the time, where people can lay down their differences and anxieties and just be together. i have been lucky enough to meet some of my dearest friends while waiting in line for doors to open at shows. it’s also just so adorably human to sing and dance (and maybe even cry) your heart out with so many other people. it just fills my heart up like nothing else <3
