it’s so killer. lightly toasted sourdough bread, mayo, morningstar farms chicken patty, provolone, tomato (pat dry so they’re not too soggy), pickled red onions, bell pepper, avocado, honey mustard. not very structurally sound but very life changin.

thick toasted bread (I like Sara Lee artesano sandwich rolls)
spread mayo (Duke’s only you know the fucking vibes) and honey Dijon on each side generously to make a dijonaise on the fly
stack it with fried turkey breast, melted gouda cheese and prosciutto or capicola or some Italian meat
butter lettuce, THIN (use the sharpest knife) tomato slices, spicy bread and butter pickles, red onion dressed with oil and vinegar, sweet peppers or giardinera, oregano, salt and pepper. its so addictive and I kind of want one now

toasted bread or bagel but baguette is the best choice, bacon or some lunch meat pan fried in butter with a dab of honey until crispy OR just pulled pork, and then lettuce, pickle, tomato, avocado, fresh green beans very nice and crunchy, dorito chip, pesto and hummus or spicy mustard. don't forget sharp cheddar cheese, melted, and throw a fried egg in there if u wanna be a crazy bitch
