Cicada is my absolute favorite cafe, it has delicious food, delectable coffee, & unbeatable vibes. It is in Cambridge a 5-minute walk from the Central Square Red Line stop. I recommend the iced Sai Gon Latte and the Pho Salad with baked salmon, but you can't go wrong. You may see a long line outside the entrance, do not fret. Their register is at the front of the store so if there are more than 3 people in line you have to stand outside. Plus 9/10 there is more than enough seating inside and in the backyard patio when the line is out the door. Some other great places in Boston/Cambridge: Go walk along the Charles River Esplanade, its especially beautiful at sunset. Maybe bring some wine to drink on the dock. Andala - Middle Eastern cafe, in central as well, good food and vibes Faro Cafe - if you are looking for a place to sit down in harvard square get a coffee here(or a wine if its 7pm-11pm thu - sat) and relax. Great vibes, plus they have events(check their Instagram). beacon hill books and cafe - It is like walking into a really rich person's home in here. They do a pricier lunch/dinner but i have really loved everything i have gotten there. If you pick one museum to go to I would suggest Isabella Stewart gardener, but if you want something free Harvard Art Museum has a great collection as well. Okay stopping myself here because i could keep going, have a great time in Boston!

ICA is in seaport but I don't like it there, its like the LIC or Williamsburg of Boston, chocked full of the trendiest new restaurants from the richest restaurant groups and bars centered around paying lots of money to play darts, pickleball or mini golf. I personally like the neighborhoods Cambridge/Somerville, JP and Allston; the south end is nice as well. Things to checkout: Art - Harvard Art Museum, MFA; Isabella Stewart Gardner museum is cool for the courtyard but most of the art isn't that interesting Bars - Shay's, Brandon Behan, State Park, Silhouette Lounge, Model Cafe, Trina's Starlite Lounge, The Druid, Lamplighter Brewery, Aeronaut Brewery Things to Do - Walk on Esplanade/Memorial Drive, go candlepin bowling, walk around the Common/Public Garden, walk around beacon hill and the north end
