sending an email or a dm to a person you care about the response from. i tuck the memory away in the bottomless pit to hide it from my anxiety. if you get a response you are happy, you are otherwise totally unaffected. works like a charm as long as you keep the lid on! also works for trauma!

normalize screaming your most mentally ill rambles into the internet void or niche safe space uve carved out AFTER uve screened whether or not its too mentally ill to post. sometimes that ones good to stay in the vault! sometimes youre better off keepin that shit to urself and thas ok!!
