finished this book in one sitting- truly disturbing on so many levels. simply could not put it down after finishing the first chapter
harrowing & at the same time completely neurotic and surreal
I'm reading it in french so idk if an english language version is even available but its sooo good already and a film that I am obsessed with (I Lost My Body/J'ai Perdu Mons Corps) is based on it!
amazingly calming to spend 40 minutes listening to three experts talk about anything from tang dynasty poetry to supernovae under melvin bragg’s sure handed and only slightly cantankerous guidance.
