(Loop is the brand) Theyâre very subtle when youâre wearing them and they work well at concerts at least. Different size tips for different size ears make them comfortable.
NY Times recommends Soundcore Space One and Earfun Air Pro 4 if you want to try noise cancelling gear on a budget. If you have the money for Bose or Sony, go for those.
I recommend playing white noise with them to help mask sounds.

I personally use Loop Quiet 2 earplugs for concerts, and recently started using them for parties. Sometimes at The Function we take a few drinks, but I tend to get overstimulated by the party noise when I'm drunk and get really bad emotional/sensory burnout by the end of the night.
Ever since I started wearing earplugs I've been able to enjoy the whole night with no emotional sensory crashout!! The environment is so much less overwhelming and tbh I don't think I'm ever going back

I wear these at all gigs i go to (and also in the cinema and crowds). they are made specifically for that environment so donât lose sound quality, its the same sound just a little quieter. they come in a little case you can put on your key ring and also have loops you can put a string or chain through to wear them round your neck

The other night I fell asleep on the couch around 10:00 pm watching Joseph Campbellâs Mythos I. I woke up around 4:30 am, washed my face and brushed my teeth.
This invigorated me to the point that I basically wasnât falling back asleep, so I ended up looking up different brands of finishing salts for two hours in bed.
Fleur De Sel and Maldon Sea Salts are not salts that you want to cook with, but that you want to sprinkle atop things as âfinishing saltsâ.
In my research I discovered that GuĂ©rande or Camargue fleur de sels are top brands to use. And with Maldon, the brand just called Maldon. I have Maldon sea salts and also Sal de Ibiza fleur de sel which is really good. It comes in a ceramic pot with a little spoon. I recommend both and you donât need a lot, a little goes a long way.

Pastas.

Warning: these cookies may horn you for life, and cause you to eat many. If you give them to people theyâll keep asking you to make them over and over again. Perfect trifecta of sweet but not too sweet, savory, and salty.
A little toast with mashed avocado, sliced tomate, Maldon sea salt or fleur de sel on top. Can also serve with scrambled egg on the side with some Green Pepper Cholula on top (green flame emoji).
A warm blueberry muffin, or toasted croissant (I pronounce this with an audible ârâ) cut in half, some vegan (Miyokoâs, Earth Balance Soy Free) or whatever other (Kerrygold) butter melted in the middle, and a little fleur de sel or Maldon sea salt.

Itâs nice to let the afternoon sun come in while you relax in a soothing salt bath, maybe some essential oils, a lil masque. A little diffuse sunlight makes it nice.
