I also use a cup but it’s so convenient to have a built in security pad on heavy flow days without dealing with the bulk of a pad! It additionally rocks to not have to worry about anything on that last day when you aren’t sure if the period is over all the way or not. Mooncup and period pants

This period combo is life changing. I never worry about staining anything or running out or overflowing. I never have that horrible sensation of a tampon like sliding out of your body. You can swim! The OG mooncup is the best imo, and I’ve linked the pants I use that aren’t a million quid.
