If they’re small and friendly you can pick up and carry them but if they’re bigger idk maybe try to get them to follow you or get someone to stay with them while you go buy leashes and/or collars. take them to an emergency vet to see if they have microchips. If they don’t and you want to keep them with you buy them random dog food and post them on Nextdoor and lost pet Facebook groups in your area but hold back information so that only the true owner can claim them. If that doesn’t work see if you can get them into a shelter! In the meantime take them out for regular bathroom breaks, feed them twice a day, make sure they have access for water, take them on walks if you feel comfortable.
