loving the idea that most cells in a human body are less than 10 years old. the “oldest”, in the category of those which are renewed, are the cells of the intestine and those of the rib muscles which reach 15 years. I am litteraly, and entirely, not the same person than 15 years ago.

This is not cope. Started a couple years ago. Legitimately feel increasingly vigorous with every passing day. I would cave 22 yr old me’s skull in if we got in a fight. I have more hope & less guilt @ 26 than I could have ever dreamt of having at 20. I’m becoming beautiful, my skin is getting smoother, and the muscles under the skin more tight, more jagged. My seed is of a more robust, viscous consistency. I sound my barbaric yawp over the roofs of the world

When I was 25 I felt so old, like oh god a quarter of a century!!!! Then me at 28 looking back at 25 y/o me I though oh god she was a baby! So now I realise I’m going to keep getting older so the age I am is the youngest I’ll be moving forward. I’m now 33 and I feel the same as I’ve felt my whole life. All these years have only made me more experienced at life. Youth is overrated if you take care of yourself. Stop smoking, move more, eat better, manage stress, use sunscreen and tretinoin.
