Not being a jerk to service workers in a shitty situation that wasn’t their fault

Had a real shitty situation with an oil change gone awry, and def could’ve been a jerk about it. Instead I tried to be understanding and chill, and now I got a bunch of free oil changes out of it! Sometimes this works with airlines too.
