i haven’t been to the dentist in two years and i am freaking the fuck out and the new dentist gave me the option of:
- music to play (i said indie pop)
- blanket and pillow (absolutely dude i’m gonna be cozy as fuck)
- nitrous oxide (ik this is gonna cost me too much money but honestly i’m anxious enough that it’s worth it)
like damn i’m kinda looking forward to the part that doesn't involve getting my teeth scraped and being scolded about flossing
i recently got a root canal that I was nervous for. But it was actually so fun. Modern medical tech has found a way to make it completely painless. I was just chilling listening to the vibrations in my head. I think every sound designer should get a root canal. it’s the most sonically inspiring medical experience I’ve ever had right next to an MRI. MRI’s stress me out more than getting a root canal.
