i have a few events this weekend where i have to bring food and i’m just having fun planning and cooking recipes i think my friends will like and looking forward to when we all get to enjoy it together
jangly poppy earworms… never met a song of theirs i didn’t like! probably because they all kind of sound the same, which in most cases i would criticize, but for them it works. start anywhere
i write down all the new-to-me words i encounter while reading and turn them into digital index cards. i've also been realizing lately that there's a lot of words i don't actually know the meanings of despite being familiar with them. those go in the cards too.
