Yakult

I think I have an obsession with Yakult right now. I’ve had at least one or two of these sweet, fruity milk drinks a day. They’re actually filled with probiotics and are really good for your body. I also love mixing them with soju and strawberries to make strawberry cocktails as well. They’re small servings and are great to have in the fridge for one of those days your body needs a boost!

I always keep the fridge stocked with a couple of these. If there's nothing else to eat in the house you can slam one of these and feel pretty good.

Siggis drinkable yogurt

Listen .. I talk a lot about yogurt bc it’s undisputably one of those foods I don’t get tired of eating each and every morning. Makes things easy, but also enjoyable, and can be spruced up in so many ways. And siggis is at the top of their game. I wanted to try an adjacent product of theirs, a drinkable probiotic. Was gonna try it tmrw morning but had some stomach weirdness/nausea tn so of course, little sip of probiotic was in order. And it was just. Scrumptious. I could consume this only for the rest of my life🫦🫦🫦 i just love my safe foods. Enjoy!

think about it... incredibly nutritious, more vitamin c than oranges (!!) widely available and affordable so easy to prepare, you can literally steam them in the microwave and delicious! esp when roasted, i linked an easy recipe :) plus they look like cute little trees and you can pretend that you're a brachiosaurus or some shit munching on them greens straight up goated vegetable

drinking landlord tears and knowing your rights as a tenant

I filed a complaint with a bunch of receipts to my city's rent board last month after my landlord notified me of another increase, and turns out she was in violation of increasing rent within 12 months following a previous rent increase The city just told my landlord to reimburse me the excess rent, and my current rent must remain in place until next March for her to be in compliance (she wanted to raise it another 10% in October lol)
