some freaking major decisions in life are centered around taxes, i fear for example, i just discovered that if i wanted to work in japan for a year, live my best life and all that, i‘d have to pay taxes in the us AND japan moving across the world from my s/o? . but DOUBLE TAXES? fuck me.

Otherworld (podcast)

This is the kind of show that I feel like I've always wanted. The storytelling is pretty top-notch and has the feel of those late-night "unexplained" shows that you'd stumble upon as a kid. It genuinely feels like sitting around a campfire, listening to a stranger tell you the most hair-raising story you've ever heard. I recommend starting with Episode 64: The Shed.
