Would be cool if convos functioned like posts and not comments

perhaps not using the app as intended, but would be easier to continue long convos if responding didn’t pop me out into a comment where I can’t see conversation history. Would be easier to message with the recs/asks flow, especially if convos have a max limit.

- commenting on an ask rather than a whole rec replying (optional) - more posts on the what’s hot / what’s rising — and more of a cycle through the posts throughout the day - maybe a news feature? this is the only social media app it would be cool to see a ‘breaking news’ tidbit with just the highlights of what’s going on in the world - (day two of asking for light coloured backgrounds with dark text 👉🏻👈🏻) idk thanks for listening

ability to comment on an ask (not just reply with rec)

I think it’d be useful and nice! E.g. someone asked for suggestions of what to do in my city, and I’d like to be able to ask something like “what kind of stuff do you like doing” before making my rec.

I wish you could expand a post without clicking the comments button

Like maybe where text is cut off there can be a hyperlink that says “see more” or something. I feel like I should just be able to click on a post in its thumbnail form (whatever the term is; its small form?) to see it on your full phone screen.
