latelt ive been trying to maximize on my energy levels and this app tells you exactly when you are at peak energy and when you have your afternoon slump (based off your sleep for the week/movement of your phone which is surprisingly accurate). I put blocks on my messages during peak energy to improve focus and then try to exercise or do the stuff I need less brain power for during my slump. It also tells you when your melatonin window is/when your body naturally produces the most melatonin since that is the ideal time to try to sleep… I’m learning that you really just need to plan your day around your energy levels. Starting to accumulate less sleep debt on the daily because of it. Highly recommend

Ok I know this is mostly a gimmick but the placebo effect works for me–– sometimes if my sleep schedule has been off, when I'm going to bed I click the 'calculate wake-up time' button and try to set my alarm to one of the options they suggest, it has to do w sleep cycles, time it takes u to fall asleep etc, and i usually wake up feeling pretty refreshed
