So beautiful with high ceilings and big windows, pretty spacious! Feels like a modern Beauty & the Beast library For a small bookstore where you can also get coffee, Cafe Con Libros in Crown Heights

for new books. Unnameable Books in prospect heights for used. Other favorites are McNally (the one in soho is the best IMO) and Center for Fiction in Fort Greene. Books are magic is quite awesome too. The word is change and Dear friend books in bed-stuy are some others I can think of in BK.

Molasses Books (Bushwick) - I always find something good here. They have a tiny little bar so you can get coffee, tea, beer or wine. Always a nice ambiance Honeymoon Coffee (Ridgewood) - their books are curated by Molasses so it’s a nice selection & the coffee/treats are good Topos Bookstore (Ridgewood) - great selection of books, though I find more at Molasses typically. They also have coffee/tea! Cute outdoor seating area Aeon Books (LES/Chinatown) - maybe my favorite bookstore. Lovely selection of old and new. They also have a little corner with records for sale (Found a cool Francis Bebey record there once) Dashwood Bookstore (NOHO I guess?) - owner is so sweet & the photo book selection is incredible

Will gag you so bad. The twists are unreal. An adaptation of Fingersmith by Sarah Waters, except instead of being set in Victorian England, it’s in Japanese occupied Korea. Just brilliant
