He says “I got two turntables & a microphone.” I was really into trains as little guy. I thought that lyric was about the turntables that return trains to their stations. Its still a great song
On repeat lately: deeper cut from one of my all time favorites. Groovy as hell and has big Beck vibes. Was biking around the city the other day and this felt like a great song to do it to.
Hit radio plays at work every day so I’m always hearing songs I haven’t heard in years and for some reason this one has made it onto the stations rotarion for the past week. There’s something about this song that keeps me coming back on my own and while I do think Train is cheese there is such an honesty to this song that I cannot deny.
It made its way onto my giant playlist of the moment and I’m here listening in the dark and recommending it to all of you
