I love lunch. I used to hate it. These days, my work schedule kicks off at 2pm. So instead of prepping lunch in advance I get to take a field trip to my kitchen around 1. I slice up an apple with a little almond butter, I dog a couple kiwis, I make a nice lil salad or soup weather permitting. It is a beautiful thing to spend time in the kitchen midday.
