i planted some seeds indoors and once they started sprouting, i swear they grow so fast i can see it happening before my very eyes. whenever i check them, they are bigger than before. a quiet thrill.
I usually buy plants and flowers already somewhat mature. But got these $1 marigold seeds from the hardware store and they sprouted within 7 days. Now I spend mornings checking on my babies. proud mama!

even a little herb container or succulent box, you can check in on them once a week and snip them here or there and watch them grow and then eventually flower and make new leaves & itβs so cute and they really start to develop their own little personalities like pets
