classic… serve with choy sum and a poached egg (cracked straight into the broth that was made with maybe 3/4ths of the packet instead of the whole thing… let the whites stick to the noodles if they please)
this was a childhood staple, (my family refers to it in cantonese as the doll noodles bc of the doll??? mascot :p) probably the first instant ramen i remember eating and the first thing i learned to “cook”…
special mention to:
nongshim tempura udon (in the cup form) and nongshim seafood - the cup form (blue packaging) and the bag form w the extra thick noodles :p
