Best: Figs

As someone who spent many summers in the south of france there s nothing like picking fresh figs from random trees and sharing them as a family. They never fail to make me feel less lonely and always bring a smile to my face :)) Worst: apples… just mid Honorable mention: cherries! again more for the memories they hold :)

tropical fruit

these are the different fruits i’ve had on vacation: • star apple (pictured) - inside is like a sweet jell-o • egg fruit - sweet like a yam and texture of hard boiled egg yolk • longan - similar to lychee, inside reminds me of a grape • chicu sapote - kind of looks like a round pear and tastes like brown sugar and cinnamon!!!!

The great Indian cheese toastie

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
