I put my phone out of reach from bed which accomplishes two things: (1) I don’t sleep near my phone so I don’t use it immediate before/after bed and (2) to disarm the alarm I need to physically get up and out of bed which, for me at least, prevents me from going back to sleep. 💤

once I started doing it I didn’t miss it at all. I feel freer and sleep easier. I bought a cute little old-fashioned avocado green alarm clock and I get to smack down the button when it goes off.
