some ppl call these struggle meals but they are anti struggle! Things that u can easily acquire, are 5 ingredients or less, take 5 min to prep, travel well, and don’t need to be heated up.
Today’s lunch is a criminally easy Caesar salad - a bag of chopped romaine, 1/2 can of chicken breast (do not sleep on this stuff. Costco or wegmans r the best), a couple shakeys of shakey cheese, and some caeser dressing. I have no croutons or would add too!!!
I also make the laziest tuna salad - 1 can tuna, dijon mustard, mayo, acv, s&p. No measuring, just vibing. Eat in bread or more lettuce or more crackers or alone.
That’s all. Protein, carbs, n fats baby. make the world go ‘round.
