Start slower, alternate your drinks (I would avoid beer to start because it will feel heavy in your body all day) with water, and try to keep a couple pubs with kitchens on your crawl/party list.
I would keep my makeup light/nonexistent (lipstain, mascara?) so that as youâre sweating and having a good time, you donât have to worry about touching up or waking up with clogged pores the next dayâ the worst way to start a morning after is feeling like your skin is sticky and covered in last nightâs cosmetics.
I might also wear a romper/overallsâ dress for comfort, and dress in a way that you feel good letting loose and donât have to worry about losing a sweater as you get hot, or having another eager partier reach for your skirt without thinking. I would schedule check ins with your friendsâ just a quick âwe got in at four, meet in the living room/at the bar at 5:30,â that way you can wander off a little but you know youâre looking out for each other, and then set phone alarms. And have fun! Youâre in your third year, you have a sense of how you like to drink, youâve planned well and youâre going to have so so much fun!
