if you have a chronic online shopping addiction, i’ve learned to just look at the item, obsessively, regularly, like once every two hours … repeat that for a week until you’re strong enough to not buy it. sometimes just looking at the pictures satisfies a bit of the urge… the key is to remind yourself that the desire will pass. everything is temporary, and if it’s an unnecessary buy, the excitement will wear off eventually

imo understanding why/how I kept collecting random stuff helped me focus only on what I had; if I wanted to buy smthn but it had NO PRACTICAL USE or smthn I owned ALREADY FULFILLED THE PURPOSE it‘s not getting bought 🤷‍♀️

They are kind of ridiculous. The epitome of a small dog. If you were to tell a child to draw a dog the drawing would most likely look like a tiny dachshund. They look better in your arm than most handbags. Nobody is afraid of them. You can’t really take them serious - which is an ideal to recommended to any Homo Sapiens. Yet they have a lot of character and are smarter than the turd who wants to become president again. And they get quiet old without going to Equinox or using nutrition supplement or detox and all that shit.
